For Stylists & Salon Owners
You can be busy, fully booked, and still have revenue slipping through the cracks.
You work too hard to keep guessing. SalonRevenue shows you, in dollars, where revenue may be leaking — across retention, prebooking, retail, visit frequency, and the everyday decisions that quietly add up.
Another busy month should not end with you wondering where the money went.
Being fully booked doesn't always mean your business is as profitable as it could be.

What hidden revenue can look like once it's measured. A made-up salon, run through the actual Revenue Generator — these are the real figures the tool returned for these fictional inputs, and the same ones shown in the screenshots below.
All five categories above are shown, and together they account for the full total. In this example the tool also reviewed New Client Conversion and Google Presence and found no gap, so both contributed $0.

You fill in the numbers you already know. Each measure shows the benchmark range, the planning target, and your gap to that target. Results update as you type.
Your total, every metric against its standard, and your top three priorities ranked by dollar impact.
At the top, a single number: the modeled revenue opportunity your current metrics suggest, broken down to a monthly figure.
Below it, a metric-by-metric breakdown. Each shows your number beside the industry standard, colour-coded so you can see at a glance which areas need attention.
Then Top Priorities — your three largest estimated opportunities, ranked by impact, each with a specific next step. It answers the only question that matters: what do I look at first?
When you're done, download the report or email it to yourself.

The Proof
Built from the systems and lessons I used to grow Foil Salon to $750K a year — earning Salon Today Top 200 Fastest Growing Salons recognition multiple years. After 45 years behind the chair, I built the tools I wish I'd had.
What I kept seeing, in my own salon and in others, was rarely a lack of numbers. Owners had reports. What they didn't have was a clear read on what those numbers meant, or which area deserved attention first. That gap is what SalonRevenue was built to close.
Methodology
SalonRevenue uses planning benchmarks to help identify possible performance gaps and areas worth reviewing. These benchmarks are informed by published salon-industry research and the founder's operating experience.
They are reference points, not guarantees, and they are not official industry requirements.
Results should be considered alongside your salon type, location, pricing model, clientele, staffing structure, and business expenses.
Each measure shows two things: a benchmark range, and a single planning target within it that the calculator measures against. A salon can sit inside the benchmark range and still show an opportunity, because the estimate is calculated against the planning target — not the bottom of the range.
