Terms of Service

Who you are contracting with

SalonRevenue is operated by Extensions Global LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States, trading as SalonRevenue ("we", "us"). When you subscribe to or use SalonRevenue, you are entering into an agreement with Extensions Global LLC. Reach us any time at Legacy@extensionsglobal.com.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account, subscribing or continuing to use SalonRevenue, you agree to these terms. If you are using SalonRevenue on behalf of a salon or company, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract.

What you get

A subscription to SalonRevenue for the plan you choose: a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform and the features included in that plan. Plans are monthly and renew automatically until you cancel.

Payment, billing and tax

You are charged when you subscribe and on the same day each month after that. Cancel any time from the Billing page — your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated.

Payments are processed by PayPal. You can manage your subscription, update your payment method, or cancel at any time from your PayPal account or the Billing page. Tax is charged where required by law.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If SalonRevenue is not right for your salon, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Full details are on the refund policy page.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse SalonRevenue. In particular, you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive, or to send spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or upload data you have no right to use;
• interfere with security — no malware, probing, scraping, automated bulk extraction, or circumventing plan limits;
• reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the platform;
• share your login credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Ownership

Extensions Global LLC owns SalonRevenue — the software, models, documentation, branding and everything behind it. You own the salon data you put in. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

Advice, not accounting

SalonRevenue reads the numbers you give it and recommends business decisions. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice. Parts of the service use AI to read reports and generate recommendations: AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, and it is only as good as the reports behind it. Review every recommendation against your own records before acting on it. You stay responsible for the decisions you make in your salon.

Service availability

We work to keep SalonRevenue running well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You can cancel at any time. When access ends you can export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or lost goodwill. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or the data you upload.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Florida. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
