Who is responsible

SalonRevenue is operated by Extensions Global LLC, trading as SalonRevenue. Extensions Global LLC is the data controller for the personal data described here — we decide what is collected and why. Contact us at Legacy@extensionsglobal.com.

What we collect and why

• Account details — name, salon name, email address, login credentials. Used to create and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Salon business data — the financial figures, profit and loss statements, staff performance numbers and reports you upload or type in. Used to produce your analysis and recommendations. Legal basis: performance of our contract.
• Support messages — what you send us by email or in the app. Used to answer you. Legal basis: performance of our contract and our legitimate interest in supporting customers.
• Usage and technical data — pages visited, actions taken, device and browser information, IP address. Used for security, fraud prevention, and improving the product. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing preferences — if you opt in to product emails. Legal basis: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Card and bank details are collected and held by our payment provider, not by us — we never see or store them.

Who can see your numbers

Only you and the people you explicitly invite to your salon. Reports are stored privately and access rules are enforced by the database, not just the screen. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your salon's numbers with other salons.

Who we share data with

• Hosting and database providers — to run the application and store your data securely.
• AI processing providers — when a report is read or a coaching question is answered, only the figures needed for that answer are sent. They are not used to train public models.
• PayPal — our payment processor, for subscription management, payments, invoicing and tax handling.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting, where necessary.
• Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and salon data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 12 months after it closes so you can come back to your history. After that it is deleted or anonymised, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive it in a portable format, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You can delete any uploaded report yourself from the Reports page. Email Legacy@extensionsglobal.com to have your account and everything in it removed — we respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EEA you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections, encrypted storage, row-level access rules enforced in the database, and restricted internal access. No system is perfectly secure, but your salon's numbers are treated as confidential.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to keep the app secure. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though signing in will stop working if you block the essential ones.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data leaves the UK or EEA, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
