Your calculator numbers are never stored by us. We keep only the basic membership details needed to run your subscription.
When you join, PayPal shares your name, email address, and subscription details with us. We receive and store this information in our own membership records so we can administer your account: your name, your email address, your subscription and plan identifiers, your billing status, and the related membership dates (when you signed up, when your next billing is due, and when we last confirmed your subscription).
We keep those records so we can verify your access, restore it if you lose your link, answer support questions, and send you membership and billing messages. Payment details (card numbers, bank information, passwords) are handled entirely by PayPal and are never received or stored by us.
Nothing you type into the calculators — revenue figures, client counts, expenses — is sent to us or stored on our servers. Every calculator session starts fresh.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, general location, device type). We do not send your name, email, or any financial entries to Google Analytics. Your member code is saved in your own browser's local storage so your tools stay unlocked on your device; it is not transmitted to us.
We email you your member access and messages about your membership and billing — these are part of running your account. If we ever send promotional or marketing email that is not about your membership, we will do so only with your consent and every such message will include a way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from marketing does not affect the membership and billing messages you need to receive. We don't sell or share your email address.
You can ask us to correct or delete your membership record at any time by emailing legacy@extensionsglobal.com. Cancelling your subscription stops all billing.
