Refund & Cancellation Policy

SalonRevenue is a $27 monthly subscription that provides immediate access to digital business tools.

How to Cancel

You may cancel at any time directly through your PayPal account:

1. Sign in to PayPal.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Payments.
4. Choose Subscriptions and saved businesses or Automatic Payments.
5. Select SalonRevenue.
6. Choose the option to cancel the automatic payment.

Cancellation stops future monthly charges. You will continue to have access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Refunds

Because access to the digital tools is provided immediately, subscription payments are generally nonrefundable. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for unused time.

Exceptions may be considered for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or a technical failure that prevented access to the purchased tools. Refunds will also be provided when required by law.

Billing or Access Problems

For billing or access problems that cannot be resolved through the self-service instructions above, contact legacy@extensionsglobal.com. Support requests are reviewed as availability permits. For urgent cancellation, customers should cancel directly through their PayPal account rather than waiting for an email response.
